Lovely Saturday night experience, friendly staff and great atmosphere. Only went for drinks but fast service and good evening.

The Boundary, Alfreton Oct Stayed here for nights for a nearby family christening. We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation; our large spacious bedroom was light and airy with opening windows, and had loads of cupboards and wardrobe space with hangers. There...were cups and saucers, not big chunky mugs, glasses (not plastic and plenty of tea, coffee sachets, and. complimentary biscuits and sweeteners and a spotless kettle which was easy to fill from the bathroom sink. The en-suite was clean and had decent towels with good quality shower cream and didn’t have an annoying extractor fan which went on for ages. Food in the adjoining reception\pub area was reasonable with lots of choice. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Considering the low price, it’s a definite bargain. We’ve stayed at more expensive hotels with only basic facilities which don’t match up to the Boundary.. We would not hesitate to recommend this place, and would readily go back; it’s situated in a beautiful part of the country, perfect for visiting some of the nearby attractions, of which there are many.
