a very simple family business that has nothing to do with all the smoke and no roast tourist in the city. really very good quality of products: the lasagne alla bolognese and the fresh homemade tagliatelle with meat sauce were really very good. the bark tart and the delicious grilled vegetables; all combined with a house red and why not finish with a flour with a millefeuille and a lemon sorbet? these facts are also... What اسلام برماوي doesn't like about La Ghislera:
the lady who greeted us was very kind, and are super equipped for the child. we took 2 portions of tagliatelle with ragù, half portion of butter of tortelli and sage (paid for 4/5 of the price) a salad and a dish of chips and water all at 48€. the quality in the norm, I think a little dear especially the covered at 3€ for lunch in the head (bimba included) and a salad in portion rather reduced to 5€ View all feedback.
La Ghislera is an excellent Trattoria on the outskirts of town. It serves excellent food in the true cucina bolognese fashion. It is small and cozy, but the quality and the service are excellent. I am originally from Bologna and grew up not far away from here, but I became aware of La Ghislera only a few years ago because of the suggestion of relatives. I should have known better and sooner! It serves authentic piatti bolognesi. It feels like eating at home on special occasions. The last time my (american) wife and I were there, we were feeling tired and cold because of the long flight. A steaming bowl of tortellini in brodo healed us perfectly. Oh my gosh, they were so good we could not stop eating! Such is the experience we have had there over the last 5 years or so, over multiple visits, and with many dishes. It is slow food, and very good food in the best sense of the term. Go and enjoy it.
From outside you can hardly see and inside and small with two rooms one for smokers but cozy with the fireplace, family run, the lady who is you have tables is very nice . you eat well, like the traditional tortellini and tagliatelle to the bolognese ragù or the green balanzoni , the cut , the cotoletta to the bolognese and the ribs to the lamb!
A pleasant lunch break, in a restaurant found really by chance. good the first, in particular the tagliatelle to the ragù, were obviously handmade, and satisfying also the cotoletta to the Bolognese, quite tender and with the right amount of Parmesan. fast and kind service, competitive prices. A place to try, I mean.

Family atmosphere and gouty cuisine. plentiful and well prepared dishes. by speaking in a nutshell: do not be fooled by appearances, the view from the outside and the decor a little dated do not reflect the excellent quality of the room, try to believe. friendly owners, great choice for the menu of the day and delicious dishes also in the à la carte menu. If you don't want a local chick and combed, but you want to eat well and at the right price, I recommend it!
