La Gardenia - BOLOGNA

I got a Delicious chicken 1/4 (it was a big portion) and a real cassata. Fast and efficient service. Good location nearby the airport. A place to come back. 2 ppl, 21/4 chicken with fries, cassata, s cannolo, espresso : 19.60€

We were in Bologna just for the night to catch a flight out the next morning. This place was close but had a big menu so we weren't expecting much. To our surprise the food and service were very good. I had the half rotisserie chicken and potatoes, my wife couldn't stop eating my French fries, and she had spaghetti Alla carbonara. She loved it. House wine was 3 euro for 1/4 litre of Syrah and it was very good as well. All in all we enjoyed ourselves and would go back again to try other things. They speak a little English and had a great attitude. It was fun trying to get them to understand what we wanted and then to see how they interpreted it. I think everyone had fun and the right attitude.

Excellent quality price, cozy place but the service leaves me a little puzzled, all in all I give it the sufficiency.
