It’s been around forever, and it’s one of those places where they remember you, what you like, etc. That said, taste the gelato before ordering there’s nothing *bad* here kind you, but it’s also not memorable either. What a great find, it looks like it’s been there forever, the locals sit outside and chat or pop in to take gelato home, we had 3 flavours each in a medium tub, each flavour was delicious, there was one that had italian sponge which i’d never tried before but it was sublime the flavours reminded me of trifle. Highly recommended and just sit outside and watch the world go by

The best gelato we have ever tasted. Really friendly owner and great value. We visited twice during our couple of days in Bologna.
Excellent gelato. I had three scoops this evening: zabaglione, some sort of praline flavor, and one with caramelized figs. Each was delicious. I'm going to be in Bologna for four days. I'll be stopping off here daily.
