I don't understand how people talk about the good service of this place. We had a reservation at 21:00, until 21:30 they didn't bring us the food menu (and because we asked for it) and at 22:00 we had not yet arrived the sausage board that we had ordered, something that I don't think would take so long to prepare. A few days ago we happened to want to try this local Bolognese that just made a cute rebranding, now it is called skin and looks like wine shop with small kitchen. The positive notes: the environment is small but well furnished with a nice counter, tables and dehors. Negative: the last Bolognese trend, which here finds confirmation, is to open the enoteche and then do anything else. I better explain: the wines to the glass that were proposed were a pair of whites and a quartet of reds (banalotti, of the type that white was a Pinot/Chardonnay . Alternative: whole bottle. Proposed immediately followed by the offer: do you want to eat? . It will also be the new trend but when I go to the wine shop I would like to find more proposals to the glass which among other things are also an investment for the local itself (if I taste the wine and I like it often and gladly then I buy a couple of bottles. I understand that the greatest gain is on the resale of the croutons, also these very inflationed in Bologna, but to open some extra bottle in an 'enoteca would not spoil and would be plentiful to those customers.
Great quality food, immense courtesy, place collected and welcoming, super recommended for a relaxing dinner!
Perhaps the amateurs of this place will know already but I learned only in August that the management changed. I found it incorrect not to be informed of this at the time of booking. There's nothing left. We wait to see with the new name how they will want to characterize. Previous managers had almost maniacal refinement of the products.

Really delicious dishes, excellent raw material and good choice of wines! The place is small, but really cozy! Honest prices! Recommended!
