I tend to emphasize, in response to other reviews, that we arrived that the room was still closed, but kindly they let us in and sit because we did not cool. We ordered a sparkling white wine, letting us advise from the bear that perfectly matched the indication I had given on my tastes. The wine was served accompanied by fried beans, artisanal taralli and a tasting of oil and bread. Very well! Instead we ordered cutter of meat and cheeses with tigellina, but there are also soups and hot dishes. The quality of the products is high, the attention to the customer is excellent... the price more than honest... than to say... a cicca in the streets of Bologna. I'll be right back. A tip: it is very small so maybe better to book.

The positive notes: the environment is small but well furnished with a nice counter, tables and dehors. Negative: the last Bolognese trend, which here finds confirmation, is to open the enoteche and then do anything else. I better explain: the wines to the glass that were proposed were a pair of whites and a quartet of reds (banalotti, of the type that white was a Pinot/Chardonnay . Alternative: whole bottle. Proposed immediately followed by the offer: do you want to eat? . It will also be the new trend but when I go to the wine shop I would like to find more proposals to the glass which among other things are also an investment for the local itself (if I taste the wine and I like it often and gladly then I buy a couple of bottles.
