I've traveled the world... read more I asked the front desk for a Lodging certificate (which simply requires the guest's name, date, and hotel signature), but they refused. I've traveled the world and stayed in many hotels, but this was the first time I've been denied a Lodging certificate. I was surprised. Also, the hotel's Wi-Fi was barely working, which was a problem. The breakfast was delicious.

Really good staff, friendly and helpful.

When we c... read more We stayed 4 nights from Jan 28 to Feb 1 at the hotel. We were very happy with the room and the breakfast options, quite an extensive variety provided. When we checked in, found that no electric kettle/jug was provided, so we requested this and the reception arranged for one. Location is convenient for our day trips from Bologna station. Will definitely stay in this hotel again!
