very German aesthetic, which is to be expected from this part of Switzerland. the people in the inner were friendly and spoke both German and French. I recommend to sit the evening and outside. there is something about ****-locking unconsistent in the distance that it sets on lightness. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Gasthof Alpenblick:
the lookout is breathtaking, but that summarizes the beautiful things together. wifi is crispy and tends to not work for longer time, bathroom are shared and super basic, floor is creeky, bed is meh. the morning was okish and from what I couldn't taste so much better in the evening. everything tasted a bit stale heated up, I guess they can't expect more of them not to have so much customers. It was good, but not very good this time. The jambalaya dish wasn't seasoned properly, there was something missing, it was just spicy. The chestnuts on the game dishes were still hard and the Brussels sprouts were too soft. It's a shame this time it just wasn't the same. The peppermint and black tea had no taste.
Ate very well, but we waited a long time for dessert and an eternity to pay...
We were very happy with the service, which was particularly friendly and we liked the food, it was excellent! We will be back!
The view is very beautiful and you can enjoy it with a good coffee and dessert. The homemade cake tastes very good and the portion is large. There is also fondue and the staff is very friendly.
The check in was terrible because the waiter didn't know where to take me and no one else from the staff was there. The check out was extremely accommodating with a sensational breakfast. Fantastic view. However, I was locked in with my dog overnight, stupid when the dog has to go out. The room was homey and comfortable.
