The service was fast and efficient, but I noticed the drive-thru was quite busy. Inside, some items were missing from the hot food table, which limited our choices. While the food was decent overall, the texture of the Chow Mein noodles was overcooked, and the Chicken with Green Beans was a bit greasier than usual. Despite several employees being present and chatting in groups at times, the dining area wasn’t consistently clean during our visit. There were bits of stray rice and sauce spills on many of the empty tables. I'm accustomed to better meals at Panda Express, so I have to take off a star for this experience. You can do better, Panda!

I appreciate that the staff communicates proactively when food is running low, rather than waiting until a dish is empty. This way, customers don't have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for their food.
