Overall, I had a good experience. I tend to order cooked food, not raw. The place was busy and quite elegant. Worth a try.

The only thing that could be improved is the service: compared to other similar places, the lack of a tablet for ordering slows things down a bit. It took us about two and a half hours for a full dinner, perhaps a bit too long. In any case, the overall experience was positive.
