Mcdonald's - BOILING SPRINGS

I have been coming to this restaurant for years and the staff has always been friendly to me. I often hear other customers complaining about various issues, but I understand that dealing with the public can be challenging. The staff here does their best to provide good service. The service at this restaurant was completely wrong from start to finish. Even though I placed my order at the register, it was still incorrect when I picked it up at the drive-thru. The Dr. Pepper tasted more like carbonated brown water, and the fries were cold. I ordered two cheeseburgers with no onions, but they were loaded with onions. The staff at the register tried to blame me for not specifying that I didn't want onions, even though I did. The overall experience was disappointing and the food was not up to par.

Slowest McDonald's ever. I literally could have went next door to Los Mexicanos and sat down and had an entire meal, ate dessert, and listened to the mariachi band sing happy birthday to the lil boy behind us, before i got to the window to get my food.
