Mcdonald's - BOILING SPRINGS

The restaurant meets the typical McDonald's quality. Occasionally, orders may be incorrect, but they always correct the mistake. Service is fast and efficient. This is a take-out dinner spot with prices ranging from $1 to $10 per person. The food is rated 5 out of 5, service is also rated 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere is rated 4 out of 5.

I placed my order using the mobile app, as I usually do. I find this to be the easiest and most reliable way to order from fast food chains. Typically, this is the case with McDonald's, but not today. Unfortunately, they were understaffed like many other fast food restaurants these days, and they completely messed up my order. I did call the store to notify them, but by then, I was already back home and didn't feel like making the 30-minute round trip it would have taken for them to fix the mistake.

I had lunch at this restaurant and had a great experience. The price per person was very affordable, between $1 and $10. The food was excellent, I would rate it a 5 out of 5. The service was also top-notch, receiving a 5 out of 5 as well. The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant and I would give it a 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the French Fries, Chicken McNuggets, and Big Mac.

Honestly I generally go here because Boiling Springs is practically a food desert. Food is generally good; a couple of times, I've gotten overdone burgers, and for a couple of weeks there Stanton wasn't able go get their ice cream machine fixed. Tbf though, that's McDonald's fault since they contracted out the ice cream machines to a company that made it impossible for anyone else to repair them and then proceed vides subpar support. There still is a problem with closing early/being understaffed at night, but that seems to be a management problem. Stanton definitely provided some changes that make it seem better, but their management style and culture seems questionable.

Met a friend here for a small girl chat and it was very relaxing. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
