On Site now. Posted pictures of what the food looks like here and the poor excuse with why my almost 3 dollar frozen coffee is only filled to the ICE line. The staff lady states it 's what there machine does. That 's a poor excuse for being busy and not wanting to correct the situation. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! Or you need to fix your machine! What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
It took 3 times through the drive thru to get my order right. You also need to train your employees in Manieren. Don't even apologize for that. I think I'm staying with another McDonald's View all feedback.
I?ve always loved this McDonalds. They?re always nice and get through their line pretty fast. Tonight, I had a small issue with was explained to me by the very nice manager. There was another issue to which again he showed generosity! I love meetingmanagers like this who are genuinely just nice people. I wish I knew his name, but it?s the taller black man with facial hairand glasses working the night of 09/24/2022!
I ordered a large fry but got a medium. The woman told me she?d fix it, took the medium fry, and came back with this ?large fry.????????????????????? If you're gonna dump my medium fry in a large box try and be more subtle. I ain?t even mad tho causethe mcchicken was gas.
Just went through the drive through and ordered some Big Macs. Got home to find a hair in one of the sandwiches we knew it wasn?t ours due to us being blonde and the hair being black called the store up and idk who picked up but I simply just stated that they should go make sure the cooks in the back had hair nets on and we weren?t asking for the sandwhich to be remade or even a money return, just to make sure their cooks had hair nets, to which they replied very rudely that they do not wear hair nets there. Won?t be going back. Terrible customer service.
Around 10:05 PM on Sunday, May 31. I pulled up to the speaker, and my order was taken. After I ordered, the guy never came back on the speaker??? Then I went to the other speaker and ordered, only to find out they had NO drinks, Sodas, or Tea; ONLY Water. Then I pulled up and paid. Guy ran my card, gave it back to me BUT NEVER said another word to me?? I said, Can I pull up now? He said that I could. Then I was told to park because of course my food wasn 't ready. Let me note that they were NOT at ALL busy. Then guy came out and said they were waiting on fries and apologized. Fair enough but because I was asked to pull up, of course my ketchup did not get in the bag. Bread was hard and cheeseburger was cold. Surprisingly, they did get my order correct. Get it together, McDonald 's!
They took a little long to serve my order. But otherwise clean and neat
