I really enjoy the sandwiches at this restaurant, but my sub barely had any meat on it. The best Firehouse Subs location is in Spartanburg on Pine Street, SC. The one in Boiling Springs, SC can be hit or miss. I will be going to the Spartanburg location from now on. View all feedback.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. It was my first and last visit here. I wasn't even acknowledged by the staff and had to ask for assistance. Eventually, a teenage boy came to take my order without saying a word, just putting his head down and hand near the screen. There was no communication throughout the entire interaction. The food is delicious. They forgot to give me my child's hat with their meal.
The Italian sub is grannies favorite. The kids working are always friendly when it comes to gran who is positive about what she wants.
Excellent food ,excellent service all for a excellent price
I enjoy the Firehouse chain and typically have a great experience at the Boiling Springs location. Their drive thru window is very convenient when you have kids and just need to pickup a quick lunch/dinner on the go.
Terrible experience. Food was OK but place is poorly run. Ordered online for pick up (got charged twice for that, they refunded the second time but the website is clumbsy and lagged out several times) and they neglect to mention that we have to grab our own cookies. We had to inquiry about the drinks and they still didn't mention the cookies are self service. Very don't care vibe. When we called to mention the cookies were left out of our order the manager offered no apology and simply a refund of two something for the cookies. He did however state yeah that they probably should have told you about the cookies. He had no interest in retaining us as a customer so we let em keep the two bucks and will quite simply never do business with them again. Subs were ok as usual, service was garbage. It's run by children who don't care if people return. Avoid. Better firehouse in Hillcrest.
