Pizza Hut - Bohle Plains

During our most recent delivery order, we received the wrong pizza from this restaurant. They were apologetic and offered a credit to my account. However, when I called to redeem this credit, they had no record of the order or any free items associated with my account. After explaining the situation in detail, they agreed to send a free pizza along with our order. We were told it would arrive soon, but after waiting over an hour, we called to ask about the status and were informed that the delivery was on its way. Another hour passed with no update or delivery. When we called again, we were told once more that the pizza was on the way, but then informed that they were short on delivery drivers and apologized for the delay. Despite initially stating that the delivery would be quick, we still had not received our dinner after hours of waiting. Our chosen location (Kirwan) is nearby, adding to our frustration. I have work early tomorrow morning and should have been asleep already, but we are still waiting for our meal. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and we will not be returning to this restaurant.

The pizzas at this chain restaurant are just okay. My kids didn't eat the crusts and left about an inch of pizza on their plates.

We had lunch at the restaurant on Easter Monday. We were the first customers and there was only one person serving and making pizzas (more staff arrived later). We didn't have high expectations, but this staff member made us feel very welcome and took our pizza orders promptly. They went out of their way to assist us and were very helpful with any questions we had. The pizzas were hot, the chips were also hot, and the salads were cold and refreshing. The restaurant decor showed some signs of wear and tear and the toilets could use an update. Despite this, our group enjoyed a great lunch and we plan to visit again in the future.

Came in for a B'Day dinner Tues night and had the buffet dinner and voucher for free soft drinks. Could not complain. Plenty of staff who served and topped up the pizza and dessert bar regularly. Was moderately busy with lots of screaming kids....The plastic plates and cutlery made me feel like a kid again but we're here for the ice cream right

The pizzas at a formula based restaurant are average - my kids did not eat the crusts they left a good 2 inches
