In my opinion, it is somewhat overpriced, but it is aimed at foreigners who could find it relatively cheap at 6-8 USD per court.

I have tried the Ramon, Pad Thai, and the crispy pork noodles, I was not disappointed. The ingredients are fresh, cooked to perfection and delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful in...this restaurant. Sakia is definately worth a detour if you are visiting Bogota.
