Location is crazy, this place is located in an area called La Macarena which is a street full of restaurants and bars for every taste. This place has a nicely modern-folkloric atmosphere. Decoration, live music and staff represents beautifully Colombia. We were recommended to visit Chibchombia by a local friend and were thrilled with the food and service. Tucked away in a quaint neighborhood we had a delicious lunch of empanadas and bandeja paisa. The huge portions were very filling and reasonably priced!
Such a great variety of plates and appetizers. I always eat here when visiting Bogota, sometimes 2 or 3 times in the same week. They have great proportions for the price, typical plates like the bandeja paisa but also simpler, smaller plates depending on your appetite like empanadas or arepas. I have never had a bad meal in this restaurant, everything is good it will make you want to return to try more of their dishes!
A great place to come if you're hungry and want a large portion of delicious. The menu had a various assortment of foods. The two meals we ordered did not disappoint us in any way and the food came out in a timely manor. I recommend you try this restaurant.
Typical Colombian food. One of the best meals we had in Bogota and great service. Make sure to try the arepas!
