The tapas-style dishes are original, elaborate, and never boring. Even an eggplant parmigiana becomes a new experience. The Bistrotto's Spritz is delicious. With three or four small dishes, you'll leave feeling full and happy. Perhaps not suitable for young children, as the menu is certainly unique. Highly recommended; we'll definitely be back.

The staff is extremely friendly and can recommend cocktail, wine, and beer pairings. In the summer, the view of Bogliasco and the sunset is spectacular. We'll definitely be back.

A moment of conversation with the sommelier to choose the right drink. In my case it was a very good Ligurian red. However, I wanted something different. Wife too. We made their job strange and yet our expectation made sense. The wine I received was so perfect that I had to order it separately.
