The scallops were very good, but unfortunately all other dishes he quite bland.. all very well cooked, but too much emphasis on making a dish, without taste through. I expected a little more. Delicious and wonderful combination of aromas on Yes. I had Grilled Tørrfisk. I had the sticky toffe for dessert and WOW, the butter ice cream on it was a burst of rich taste far beyond my expectations!
