We arrived a little earlier than our booked time, but we’re the only customers. We were seated, and served promptly. Because we were having lunch with friends we weren’t in a particular rush so we didn’t mind, but our food did take over an hour to come, other guests seemed to have ordered after us and left before we got our food. A disappointing first visit to the jail meaning that we won’t be returning any time soon. Service was extremely slow, and when food arrived the ordered medium rare steak was well done. Vegetables on another meal were raw meaning they were inedible. The stark meal was swapped but the new meal arrived after the rest of the table had finished. Very disappointing. View all feedback.
The restaurant's customer service is atrocious. Their ethics are questionable, and it is clear that their main priority is making as much money as possible from their customers. Their inability to work with other companies to make reasonable arrangements is unacceptable.

Lovely restaurant, what we ordered was very good but had no specials and Signature dish was not available.
The restaurant was very welcoming and friendly. The food was good, and we felt well taken care of.
