The restaurant's customer service is atrocious. Their ethics are questionable, and it is clear that their main priority is making as much money as possible from their customers. Their inability to work with other companies to make reasonable arrangements is unacceptable.
A disappointing first visit in prison means that we will not return soon. service was extremely slow, and when food arrived, the ordered medium was rarely steak well done. on another meal were raw meaning they were unusable. the crust meal was exchanged, but the new meal came after the rest of the table was finished. very disappointing.
Lovely restaurant, what we ordered was very good but had no specials and Signature dish was not available.
The restaurant was very welcoming and friendly. The food was good, and we felt well taken care of.
