The time (beforeday, at 2 p.m. was not exactly the ideal, because many locals close their kitchen and offer only warmth from about 5 p.m. or even later. Since the weather was still swung at the end of September and was invited to sit outside, I decided spontaneously for the Burgerado, which has a variety of rustic wooden benches in the outdoor area (see how rough wooden pallets were roomed and clearly visited. Pleasant sun places were still free, great! Although I had asked that there was really no self-service at my side seats, there was no operation for a long time. So long that I had to re-dissolve on my parking clock smoothly (Apropos Parkuhr: the parking conditions in this street are very strict: a maximum of one hour, the fee must also be thrown absolutely fitting in coins, overpayments are not accepted, there is no money change. When the service suddenly appeared, it was super friendly, friendly, customer-oriented, open and natural. But after ordering the same game again: eternal waiting, no one to see, boredom and increasing cabbage steam. Maybe emergency staff? Maybe the service has to go to the kitchen? Maybe everything is very easy to go here? Secretly I was looking for an hour in the parking lot.... I like the variety of variations and combinations in the Burgerado concept. In addition to traditional beef burgers, there are also vegetarian and even vegan variations. And in any case, you can choose between three different types of reels – who does not say anything just gets the recommended one. The meatless burgers consist of turquoise carrots, zucchini, celery, oat flakes, flour and a seemingly secret spice mix that I would not have asked anyway. As Burger Newbie, I was already overwhelmed with the simplest considerations. Klug should have ordered some extra additions to the burger, but I can do this for the next visit. So I had to wear this time that my vegetarian vegetable nut berry fell completely dry without additional salad. For this, rather crisp, with many chopped nuts as an intermediate layer and a small salmon pink cocktail sauce as an adhesive. As a small meal quite nutritious and amazingly digestible. My accompaniment chose a more complex variant with Sunny-side-up mirror (very tasty!! and chess fried bacon, between still some squid salad, as a bunny a bright sesame bread. At the surrounding tables I also saw that most guests had ordered an extra salad and Pommes Frites. The whole is a full-fledged menu. The salads are optionally made with honey mustard sauce, balsamicoovinaigrette, raspberry vinaiigrette or vinegar oil. Also worth mentioning: some burgers can also be ordered without rollers. Ideal for all guests who are afraid of the pine star (although I had to eat with knives and forks, I would not have got my part without problems between upper and lower jaws. The Burgerado is rustic and wooden loaded, has cozy seating areas and is designed to visit the group or friends. The audience is colorful: colleagues in the lunch break, Lonely Cowboys, couples, girlfriends in the giggeln, families with child and dog. On a table is written: “Besorgung, not Wifi. Please talk. Very sympathetic! The footnote on the invoice is written with the same eye-catcher: “Thanks for her beautiful smile and her as on Facebook”. In the end, I spent two and a half hours in Burgerado, although I wanted to eat a bite. It was definitely amusing, despite the long time mysteriously lost services. The voices on the toilet that my predecessor has already noticed are a comedian. Rare laughing.
