However, 22 hours later, I’m still feeling the effects of the meal, which should have been digested in about an hour. I experienced some discomfort, including dizziness and bloating after eating. I’ve visited this restaurant countless times and order from here weekly. The food can be hit or miss—sometimes it's just good, and other times it's fantastic, which I think depends on the chef. The service has always been excellent, but today was a different story. I was shocked by the rudeness and sense of entitlement we encountered after waiting 38 minutes for our food. Anthony was particularly unprofessional, and the manager wasn’t any better. They offered us dessert, but when we explained that we don't eat sugar, we suggested a small discount instead. His response was a firm "ABSOLUTELY NOT!" I felt like leaving no tip at all, but since tips are shared, I left a small amount thinking of the other staff. What a disappointment.
I had a wonderful experience at True Food Kitchen in Boca when I took my grandmother there during her visit. The restaurant offers a fantastic selection of healthy options and delicious drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. I really enjoyed the atmosphere, especially since it’s connected to the mall. After a couple of drinks, we were ready to explore! Overall, it was a delightful dining experience. Service: Dine-in, Meal type: Lunch.

True Food Kitchen is truly delicious. Healthy eats with a menu that's always being updated by season. Healthy doesn't have to mean tasteless. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
