Then, days later, they cha... read more I used to really like this place, but not anymore. I ordered food online less than a week ago, and it arrived nearly 40 minutes late. Then, days later, they charged my card extra for a $5 tip that I never authorized. I won’t be ordering from them again because it felt like they were trying to steal from me. After making me wait almost two hours for my food, they have no right to expect a tip. Terrible business!

As an Italian, I rarely eat Italian food out because most sauces disappoint, but yours is fantastic. The waiter, who has clearly been there for a long time, is excellent. The pizza I received was virtually devoid of sauce and had very little cheese. It feels like the owner is skimping on quality. Tonight, we ordered a pizza and a side of meatballs, and it cost us $40, including the tip! That pizza was one of the worst I've had in quite some time. I called to share my concerns and spoke with the manager, who was both rude and dismissive. I strongly advise giving this place a miss—there are far too many other pizza options out there to settle for such poor service.

When my two-year-old son choked and lost consciousness, one of the cooks sprang into action right away. He stopped what he was doing, turned my son over, and successfully dislodged the food that was causing the choking. Our family has always appreciated this restaurant, but we will be forever grateful to the attentive staff who saved our little boy. Thank you so much!

Although the restaurant is still open, they didn't answer their phones. This level of negligence and poor service has led me to decide not to support this restaurant any longer. In response to the owner's request for more details, the vehicle was a light-colored sedan making a delivery to Elmford Lane in Boca Winds at 8:50 PM. It was tough to clearly see the color in the dark.
