Disturbing is the best way I can describe my experience. I ordered the chicken and Waffles to go and when I arrived home I was so excited because I love diners and waited a while to check this place out. But when I opened the platter I lost my appetite. Flashback Diner consistently delivers high-quality food and pays great attention to detail when packaging items for delivery.
The portions were generous, but the potato pancakes were quite undercooked.
There was no thousand island dressing on the sandwich or on the side. Very disappointed since the lack of this left me with a rather dry sandwich.
I was disappointed with the replacement of my dessert and the price increase. The food was decent, and I appreciate that they’re open late. However, next time, it would be better to just list the item as out of stock and refund the price difference.
Always great service and great food. I've been going there for years and use DoorDash many times and everything comes hot and fresh. The staff at flashback diner are the most courteous and nicest people. and like I said the food is always excellent never disappointment!
