It's a regular stop for me and the kids, and all the staff greets us and remembers our preferences. If you're in the area, definitely stop by.

The kids working there seemed to be on something. They got everything wrong in the order, worked extremely slow and had zero desire to even move. I had to repeat myself three times and still they gave the donuts they wanted. I specifically asked for almond milk due to intolerance and when I asked if it was almond milk they didn’t know (or care) what kind of milk they had used. I told them it was due to a lactose intolerance and they said they would have to do it again because they didn’t know what had gone in the coffee. Absolute horrible customer service. Hire people with some desire to work please! Last time at that location for sure.
