Ordered while on the road back to Miami from Orlando for pickup...order was prompt but the girl told me they are closing and they don't have chocolate glazed donut. But she went beyond amazing and gave me a replacement croissant. The person's name was Beverly(I think that was her name) Thanks for the great customer service!
I've been several times between 7am and 9am on weekdays. totally dissatisfied staff. It took 25 minutes to get a coffee on numerous occasions. Poorly managed and operated compared to other Dunkin locations.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant thanks to the fresh products and exceptional customer service provided by Connor and Zach. Angela and Miranda also made delicious avocado toast for my friend. Connor was friendly and professional, offering helpful suggestions and making our time there enjoyable. Zach made great coffees and their cheerful attitude really set this Dunkin apart from others. The donuts were fresh and had a large selection. The team members’ cleanliness and attention to detail truly made a difference. Thank you for a fantastic experience.
