love dunkin ice cream with pumpkin whirls. if it is the season, I order every day, and if it is not available, I still order an ice cream every day. It doesn't get any worse than this. How one establishment can be such a horrific experience but representing such a large chain is far beyond my understanding. This is not the first second or even third experience like this.
