Dunkin' - Boca Raton

Love dunkin ice cream with pumpkin whirls. if it is the season, I order every day, and if it is not available, I still order an ice cream every day. I use the mobile app and always order my coffee so he is ready for me and I mentioned the avocado toast delicious!

One of the worst dunkin donuts I had. they order first and they give to all who have ordered after their order.

It doesn't get any worse than this. How one establishment can be such a horrific experience but representing such a large chain is far beyond my understanding. This is not the first second or even third experience like this. I don't understand how if you take into consideration the surrounding area this place has not been burned to the ground yet is just amazing. The employees have absolutely no clue what are those going on and really don't care about what goes into each cup they push out. As long as you're out the door and out of their face. If you can't have caffeine sugar or milk be very careful in this establishment.On top of it all, there was hair in their one and only food item. Presentation, trash. Food, gross!

This location is my go to dunkin. The food is always great and the staff is always amazing. When you walk in they greet you with a smile and are always so cheerful. I've made it my routine to come here every day for my coffee and to just see them so I can start my day off right every morning.
