Chili's Grill Boca Raton

We come here often and love it. Everything was great.

We only had to wait a short time to be seated and got water and bread very quickly. However it was at least 10 minutes before we got a waiter to come and take our order. I told him we had not yet ordered drinks so he took that order as an afterthought. He was nice enough but not particularly personable as a waiter. I’ve never run into that in Maggiano’s.

Great food, great value. A little noisy . Been here many times before.

We come here often, and have had many pleasant experiences, but tonight was terrible! My husband loves the spaghetti and meatball, with one free to take home. I usually get the shrimp scampi, which is delicious, but tonight I opted to get the eggplant parmigiana, with the lasagna to take home. Unfortunately, I was not happy! First, the eggplant parmigiana came out cold. I had to send it back, and our waiter was nowhere to be found. He had come over to ask if everything was ok, but then ran away before I bit into my dish to find it cold. When I hailed the manager, he insisted on bringing me out a new one, instead of just heating it up. The second one came out buried under so much tomato sauce, that it was hard to even taste the eggplant. When we were leaving, after paying the bill, our waiter still had not brought out the two dinners to take home. My husband tracked him down to remind him, and he said that he would get them. When I handed the shopping bag to my husband, getting into the car, he thought it felt light, and asked me if I had checked to see if both dinners were inside; mine was not. I went back in to locate the waiter, not good customer service!

Food was delicious. Noise level was fine. Waiter was excellent!! Prices were terrific!! Great night out!
