The Blaze Pizza is a great option when you have multiple people in your party who want different pizzas. They make you pie as you watch and use brick ovens. Pricing is a little on the higher side if you add extras on you personal pizza, but the taste is worth it. The crust is a little burnt and crispy like I like it. The Ingredients are high quality, and toppings are generally plentiful... However, the large pizzas are sized like most medium pizzas. The dough has a very nice chew to it, unlike NY style pizzas kinda reminds me of mellow mushroom crust but thinner. Great overall, but you might break the bank feeding the gang. We will order again. The pizza was incredible and the delivery was super fast. The cheesy bread was also fantastic.
The cauliflower crust was fantastic, but there was a lack of cheese. Despite that, it still tasted delicious.
The half Red Vine pizza and salad was just the right amount, perfect for one person.

They left off the fresh mozzarella and only put on goat cheeses. Ended up being all red sauce on crust
