We called up on a Tuesday and although they aren’t normally open on Monday or Tuesday, they said we could come for lunch as they had a tour group in. So it’s worth calling up even if they are closed that day just in case!...Barramundi was delicious and the service couldn’t have been more friendly. They took us in to see the pet barramundi in the tanks which our baby loved. Gluten free options and a good kids menu too... View all feedback.

read moreCookabarra restaurant offers a unique dining experience with their farm-to-table approach, serving up delicious Barramundi fish farmed on site. The restaurant's serene location and the opportunity to watch the fish swim in the front pond add to the relaxing atmosphere. The tours offered provide educational insights into aqua-farming practices and the fish lifecycle. While some guests may find the lunch prices a bit high, overall, Cookabarra is a hidden gem with friendly staff, good food, and a peaceful setting worth revisiting.
