I particularly enjoyed the grand entrance of the lobby, featuring a warm fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating. I had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant next to the lobby four times, and each meal was delightful, complemented by the lovely views of the river. The hotel staff were all friendly and attentive. Lisa Marie, who worked in the restaurant/bar, was a joy to be around and truly captured the essence of the River Lodge.

After finishing the farming, she crushed it right at our table with her horseradish hammer, creating a spicy and fresh flavor. My mouth is still tingling from the delightful heat!

We always opt for the two-bedroom cabin, which is clean, modern, and comfortable. The service is excellent, and I hope to continue making this our favorite stop between Boise and Seattle. It’s... read more Although situated in an industrial zone, River Lodge Cabins is beautifully positioned right on the river, offering stunning views and ample walking areas. It’s very dog-friendly. The staff were warm and welcoming. While the rooms are somewhat dated, they remain comfortable and clean. The on-site restaurant, Two Barrels Taps and Grill, features a fantastic menu and delicious food. We look forward to staying again and highly recommend it to others.

The cabins are spotless and well-maintained, with friendly and accommodating staff. The stunning river views provide a perfect setting to unwind and connect with nature. While the prices are slightly on the higher side, I would definitely recommend River Lodge Cabins to anyone visiting Boardman, OR.
