I recently ordered takeout for lunch and had a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely excellent, earning a top-notch rating of 5 out of 5. The service was equally impressive, also a perfect score of 5, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. We were on a long road trip and arrived 30 minutes before closing, but the restaurant decided to close early. The employees were inside but not attending to customers. As a result, we’re now left hungry since all the nearby restaurants had also closed earlier than their posted hours. If a restaurant advertises its operating hours, they should adhere to them. Poor customer serviceI understand needing to give teenagers a job, but you should also then be teaching them how important customer service is.
