Ihop - Boardman

So my husband and I went to get breakfast the person in the front greet like miserable didn’t say a word sat us in the booth waited forever nobody showed up to offer coffee or anything. 15 minutes then the place was somewhat dirty fingerprints all over the glass floor looked like it hasn’t been clean and it was early in the morning. So we got up and walked out I will never go to that establishment again. When you walk in a restaurant i aspect a greeting not a miserable face. Thank you

Please don’t order pickup food from this location. At least go inside and see where your food is coming from. I went in to sit down and eat. Someone sat me. There was one other person inside eating. 10 minutes waiting, a girl came over to get my order. Pretty sure she didn’t put it in. 5 minutes later, a guy came over to ask me if I wanted something to drink. Ordered coffee. Dirty cup. Dirty pitcher. He came back again to bring creamer and again bc I had no silverware. Further inspection, coffee was old. I got up and left. I love ihop and was excited to go bc it’s my favorite place when I’m on the road traveling.Super gross. Do not recommend.

They were short staffed, so that may have been related to the lower quality of the food, usually it's amazing. I ordered the 2x2x2. The eggs pancakes were overcooked, were overcooked. The bacon was undercooked, although I requested it to be crispy.

Our waiter, Monica was the sweetest waiter I have ever had in my life!! She treated us very well. Besides just the service the food was amazing. Take a trip to IHOP in Boardman-Canfield.

Came at 9am left at 12 Took almost 2 hours just for the food to come Just for the food to be mid. Never again
