Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, this restaurant showcases a promising menu filled with health-conscious options. Diners have praised its fresh and flavorful offerings, particularly the custom salad bowls rich in grains and vegetables. However, consistent order inaccuracies, especially concerning dietary restrictions, have led to significant dissatisfaction among patrons. Service issues, including perceived rudeness from staff, and a lack of awareness regarding menu items, have tarnished the experience for some. While the atmosphere and cleanliness are commendable, inconsistencies in food quality and value suggest that improvements are necessary for a truly enjoyable dining experience.

What Erica Miller dislikes about Corelife Eatery:
I am going to express my dissatisfaction with this restaurant, as I have had continuous issues with my orders being incorrect. Despite calling ahead to ensure my meal does not contain chicken, it once again happened when we ordered through DoorDash. Although there was an option for tofu, I received chicken instead. As a long-time vegetarian, I am extremely frustrated that they continue to make mistakes with my order.... View all feedback.
The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean, but the overall value was not great. Additionally, the chicken on my Cobb salad appeared to be overcooked or possibly leftovers from the previous day.
Not completely safe for celiacs. We watched them grab the wraps- which are not gluten free- then touch the lettuce. This is cross contamination. We were told on previous visits that gloves are changed after touching the wraps, but this is not the case.
I'm not sure if the employees receive any customer service training at all, but I felt incredibly unwelcome during my visit to this restaurant. I was the only customer in the building and still felt rushed. The staff member working there seemed unsure about which items were gluten-free and didn't bother to double-check. She also gave me attitude when I asked about the ingredients in the dressings and was generally unpleasant. To top it off, she threw my bag at me and knocked over my cup. The use of canola oil in the dressings and food was also a point of concern for me. Overall, the combination of mediocre food quality, high prices, and poor customer service makes it hard for me to justify spending almost $20 on lunch here.
The last two times I've come to get tacos they are dripping wet. You hold them up and it just drains out and the flavor just wasn't there. The first time I got a taco from here it was NOT like that one bit. I'm disappointed as this used to be my go to but the past 2-3 times I've been let down.
My first experience was very disappointing, which was upsetting because I was really looking forward to it ! It was me and my boyfriends first time at the restaurant and I explained this to the staff when we first greeted. I felt like we were rushed through the line and there was no patience or attempt to explain the menu or options I had to select from while building my bowl. Mind you there was no one else in the store at the time, I would’ve completely understood this behavior if it was busy ! I am going to try again after taking the menu home and looking it over. I feel like some more training needs be done regarding how to handle customers who are not normals, the experience was very unwelcoming! Hopefully next time is better !
