The food is generally good at this restaurant, but it seems to have declined recently. I would recommend avoiding the tacos, and if you opt for takeout, make sure to CHECK YOUR ENTIRE ORDER! Two weeks ago, I found that my quesadilla was completely missing from the container—I only received the three sides I had selected. Tonight, my order was also missing a side of chips and salsa. The steak Burrito was mainly rice,I literally counted the little amount of steak,5 bites would be giving it to much credit,the pieces,yeah 5 little pieces was all that was in a $17 burrito Burrito, what a rip off,Ive been told,they usually can close the tortilla on their Burritos, maybe I was just for me,but I doubt it, so thats why 2 stars,are more then it deserved, other people had the other items.
If you want to receive all of your order, you probably shouldn't order from this restaurant. In the past 2 months, I've experienced 3 separate instances where I was either given queso without chips, or chips without queso. I don't want a refund, I just want the overpriced chips and queso that I paid $6 for.
The portion sizes at this restaurant have noticeably decreased. I also remember that chips and salsa used to be complimentary with every meal - when did they start charging for them?
The food at the restaurant was cold and the rice was undercooked.
Please guys, use less sour cream. Please. Please!!! Also warm up my burrito before wrapping it. And maybe more than 1 tiny scoop of meat. I love chipotle and I refuse to give bad reviews. Less sour cream, warm tortilla. Pleeeease
