I tried the country fried steak, mashed potatoes, and the best okra I've ever had. I've also heard that their hamburgers are excellent. To top it all off, I enjoyed some banana pudding. I highly recommend this restaurant; it may look a bit run-down, but the food is fantastic!

But if you hate bright lighting like i do then its great. I Ordered a burger and fries. It was incredible, big flavorful juicy paddy, toasted bun and the veggies were as fresh as could be. The fries were crispy but not overcooked, fryer oil must be changed regularly, good flavor. I'm going to try the catfish platter next time. I don't know the name of the cook but you rock.
