They were so helpful and knew what I was talking about when I was describing the food items! ?‍? Everything went great, the food was delicious but when I came out of my drugged up mind I looked at the receipt and I about died! I think I ordered everything from the menu! And the worst part was my husband was driving and let it happen with a smile!!! ??

I had to return my soup because it was barely lukewarm, but when I mentioned this to the man who took my order, he insisted that it was at the right temperature. He eventually checked it with a thermometer and told me it was close to the required temperature, yet he didn’t offer any apology or suggest bringing me a new bowl after I heated it myself in a microwave they had up front. Additionally, the restaurant was not clean—dirty tables and papers scattered across the floor were evident. When I inquired if there were more staff working besides the two I had seen, the woman at the counter informed me that all three of them were managers. This was quite shocking to me! I believe corporate Panera should take a closer look at this location, as it clearly needs guidance to ensure that both managers and staff can deliver the usual high standards associated with Panera restaurants.
