Panda Chinese - Bluffton
Panda Chinese
Description
This neighborhood Chinese restaurant provokes strong reactions: praised for generous portions, crispy egg rolls, fresh-tasting soups, quick service and excellent value, yet criticized for inconsistent quality—cold, bland or spoiled dishes and occasional cluttered, poorly maintained dining areas. Standout items include roast pork, chicken wings and combo plates, but spice level and freshness are unpredictable. It’s a budget-friendly, takeout-ready spot worth trying selectively—favor hot, popular dishes and judge by recent experiences.

We spent $60 to feed our family of five, and it was not worth it. Overall, the food tasted like it had been reheated. I ended up throwing away my mu shu chicken because it had an odd flavor. The sesame chicken was decent, but I was very disappointed overall. Additionally, the interior of the restaurant gave off a tag sale vibe, with boxes everywhere and cereal for sale at the counter—it was just strange.
This is the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. The crab Rangoon had sugar in it and an unusual consistency. The k pao chicken was not flavorable, looked to be over cooked and out of date. It was thrown away. The chicken fried rice had little chicken and was not flavorable. I do not recommend this place and will not go back. Disappointing!
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The woman taking orders was quite rude, and the food didn’t meet my expectations. I wouldn't recommend dining here.
