By the time a driver was free to bring our food, it was cold. I'm sure pickup is better, but I can't rate an experience I didn't have.

This was my first time ordering takeout from this restaurant and my family will not be doing so again, the full size grilled chicken salad I ordered didn't even... read more This was my first time ordering takeout from this restaurant and my family will not be doing so again, the full size grilled chicken salad I ordered didn't even fill a take out container and all the lettuce was brown, the pizzas looked terrible and the $5 small subs come with literally nothing but meat. Who has ever got a real Italian sub that has no veggies whatsoever. Lesson learned.

I spoke with the manager and showed him a picture of the undercooked bacon, but he didn't take any action. He wouldn't connect me with the owner, so I left my number hoping that the owner would call me. It’s been two weeks, and I still haven't heard anything.

We picked up our food and there was hair in our pizza and it was not cut into squares like normal.Upon calling to speak with a manager the girl whom answered whose name was Alexis I do believe said she was the manager. She was extremely rude when I told her that there was hair in our pizza she did not have a hair net nor a hat on and was flinging her hair around into the dough as she was making the pizzas) when I mentioned that there was hair in the pizza she got hostile and then acted like our pizza being cut the wrong way was the main problem, that was not the main problem, the fact that there was hair in my pizza was the problem.She told us to return the pizza with hair in it and they would make another one, cool no problem but when arriving we asked to speak with the owner and that apparently upset her more because she was rude once again. Then threw our pizza up on the counter.This is unacceptable
