Except the second time they didn't put any slaw on the spicy wraps, which wasn't the worst thing but the combination of flavors is why I picked the spicy slaw wraps.

Unfort... read more I had a positive experience with one of the employees there; he was fantastic. However, the manager's attitude left much to be desired—he was quite rude. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the restaurant was a major issue. There were spider webs on the chairs, and the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. It seemed like the countertop had been wiped down without much care, as there were visible smudges of oil. The only reason I’m giving this place a three-star rating is because of the food, which was good. I truly question how they passed their health inspection. They really need to consider new management or make some changes.

I ordered... read more I have to say this was a disappointing experience. The restaurant was not clean, the service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed poorly trained. I ordered one item, and they initially told me they had it. However, after waiting for 30 minutes, I went up to inquire about the delay, only to find out they didn't have enough chicken to complete my order — and it turned out they didn't even have the type of chicken I had ordered. Ultimately, I ended up waiting for food that they had messed up.

After being told if we order any san... read more The fire alarm going off through the intercom should have been the first indicator to leave but we were hungry for chicken. After being told if we order any sandwich it's a 30min wait and any more than 8 wings it's a 15 min wait we decided on the 8 wings and the tenders meals. After waiting 12 minutes we got to eat what I can only describe as charcoal chicken and broken burnt fries. No napkins, no biscuit toppings, nothing to eat sides with. The soda was spot on.
