During my visit on Wednesday, there was loud rap music playi... read more I visited this restaurant on Wednesday and Saturday. On both days, both bathrooms were unavailable. During my visit on Wednesday, there was loud rap music playing in the lobby. The service was poor, and the overall atmosphere was not great. The price per person for a meal was between $1 and $10. I would rate the food a 2, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 1. I would only recommend trying the donuts.

I pull to the speaker and said hello and I get the response we 're very busy you need to hold on I 'm not sure how they think this is okay. I manage in the customer service field and the drive thru time andthe lack of professionalism should be a concern for this location.

Working on very little sleep (app 4h... read more October 5th, 2022, My wife lost her mom yesterday and we had driven up from NC to OH for to be by her side at the hospital. Working on very little sleep (app 4hrs) and dealing with the funeral home all day my wife just wanted to rest and have somequality coffee. I offered to go up the street to Dunkin as we had seen on their door they didn't close until 10pm. It was 8:47when I pulled into the drive thru and read the menu while waiting to be helped. After waiting for about ten minutes I pulledaround and walked to the door which was locked. I looked at the time on my phone it was 8:59! All the lights were on and thedoor said 10:00pm. No sooner had I looked up and the employee turned off the lights! Somebody could have taken 2 minutes toexplain, but shutting the lights off on me was in my opinion.. rude and neglectful. I'm sure if they changed the closing hourthey are very aware of what it used to be, and how hard is it to mark the door sign? Needless to say I had to disappoint agrieving wife because I was thirteen minutes before the actual closing time in reality, but serving the last customer was lessimportant than doing the job! I think someone owes my wife an apology, don't you Dunkin!! Your lost clientele.. the Tyners
