I heard a few names like Monica Blake and Ashley Amanda during my time there, and their teamwork truly stood out. They were all supportive of one another, helping to keep track of orders and ensuring attention to detail. The staff was not only friendly to customers but also quick and efficient in delivering food. Although I don’t know all their names, this location is one of the nicest I've experienced. In the service industry, these employees deserve recognition for their positive and cheerful attitude as they served customers with genuine smiles. They definitely deserve a bonus! My visit was on September 2 at 11 AM at the Dunkin’ Donuts in Okatie.

After my order and payment were accepted, I arrived at the store only to find that walk-in service was closed. I had to get in the drive-thru line since I had already paid, which made me late for work. I'm very disappointed with the customer service and the poor communication. This isn't the first time I've encountered an issue at this location, and I won't be coming back!

The barista could not get any slower with a bad attitude, she spilled milk on the floor was walking through itnever cleaned it up. Somebody else had to clean it up waited forever for my drink. The place is not clean, I would stay clear ofthis place they need to hire some different people.

Ask for black, pumpkin coffee came sweet and creamy. Badly cared for clothes. and hair. No trash can outside door of establishedbusiness. Where is management?
