My wife and I are in the area that is visited by NY. This cracker barrel was near our hotel. We've never been in one. We thought the food was comfortable in the south. We were very happy with our choice. The waitress was very young and very attentive, she was very polite and very helpful with the explanation of the menu. Place has been going downhill, floors are always dirty especially under around the tables! Receptionist very bad attitude of annoyance, food lately under par, use to go in a group of 8 But no more! they refuse to go anymore because of the conditions of this restaurant! I was here twice. eating is good and the staff is excellent. the prices are reasonable.
Very slow staff coming to 2/16/13 manager and still no help. will not come back
I really enjoy Cracker Barrel, but I've noticed a decline in both the quality of the food and the service lately.
Told by a commercial truck driver that this site is unsafe. We saw derelict men hanging around and so we left. This was North Charleston.
