At least ha... read more CORPORATE MANAGEMENT and Store Management. In the last year they’ve really gone down hill. From the wait time, to the order correct, to the quality. At least half a dozen times all 3 were a failure at this location. (Bluefield VA. Commerce rd. It must be poor management because Wendy’s is good when done right. I’ve noticed this at other Wendy’s locations so it may also be the fault of CORPORATE MANAGEMENT. Too bad. Maybe I’ll try again in 6 months to give them some time to improve. (Again ps. I’ve looked at the newest reviews and I don’t understand their high ratings. Something is amiss or im just very unlucky, so I’ll contact corporate directly.

On top of that it's usually either dried out or extremely messy. It's like they throw the food at the wall and call it good.
