Sadly these kids working are why all these food chains are shutting down. This place use to be amazing. Tonight I decided to rate bc seriously? No lights on the drive thru we ask for them to turn them.on and they are silent for 5 min before I said hello. Boy said yeah sorry can't turn them on. Umm okay continue looking with my flash light start to order a 10 pc he says yeah I definitely can't do that we aren't cooking anymore chicken… at 6 PM. I miss KFC! Haven't dined here in such a long time. The famous bowls are amazing and my all time favorite. Thanks for making something and keeping it on the menu. So many places change their menu so much you can't ever be sure you'll get to eat your favorites again the next time you go. Thanks KFC!

Terrible customer service inside store.. please we alllll know that there is a shortage on workers nation wide!! But don’t make this excuse to be rude!!! I was the only customer inside the store and the lady never turned around to acknowledge I was there.. never said… hold on I have thousands of customers ahead of you!! Stop being rude at least acknowledge your customers dummy!!!

Love the original recipe chicken. Don't ever buy individual pieces, they charge way to much. Get a combo meal and make it match what you want. You can get a 3 piece, with side, biscuit and drink for the same price as 3 individual pieces.
