My wife and I enjoyed a trek to Blue Ridge GA today. We dined in at Carroll’s BBQ, and had the Pork BBQ lunch special 9.50 — This included the pork bbq sandwich, tots/fries, and a coke. The cashier was very friendly, and helpful. She suggested the Brisket, as we had not been— but wasn’t on the lunch special ….Probably should have. Family owned and run BBQ spot. One of the best I have been to. Owner uses real wood smokers instead of the electric setup. Homemade deserts and amazing sides. I recommend the ribs, wings, or when they have it the prime rib! ?Only open Wednesday through Saturday. They still have a filling $9.50 lunch special.Waitresses always smile so I always tip well here. View all feedback.
