Rokaru Ramen - Blue Ash

In hopes of the ownership seeing this:Rokaru has been a go-to for me for a while, but my most recent visit was one of the worst I 've had at a restaurant in general in the past couple years. I brought 4 friends who have never been. We waited an hour to be seated not unusual during the dinner rush, no problem). Once sat, we weren 't given menus and didn 't see the server for another 25 minutes. We found the menus online and ordered without fuss, knowing it was busy. Food came out relatively fast, and every single order was wrong. One member of our group ordered vegetarian options for both appetizer and main dish, and was given pork/chicken. When confronted, our server advised us that it is our responsibility to notify them of dietary restrictions before ordering, and that it 's printed clearly on the menus that she never brought us). When questioned about individual bills being wrong, we were told well the bamboo and almost every other add-on that was wrong) was in one of the orders I brought out. There were no apologies given other than This has never happened before, which is not an apology. Each of us have worked in the service industry and understand how difficult a dinner rush can be, but this was just terrible. My vegetarian friend experienced a mild stomach issue because of this and won 't give Rokaru a second chance now solely because of how poorly this was handled. I don 't blame her. Disappointed : .

Absolutely dismal spring rolls. Worse service. Woman wouldn’t even acknowledge me until after I said hello because she was too deep into her phone.Walked over to wait for my nasty and under done but somehow over cooked spring rolls. She was till in her phone when she handed me the food.Don’t recommend. Just go to one of the three other Asian restaurants in the mall. At least you’ll be acknowledged and greeted.

This is by far the best ramen I have ever had in my life. The broth is so delicious and the vegetables are always so fresh!! : Please try this place if you want some authentic ramen ?

We ordered Tonkotu Ramen and Tonkatu. It was great. Just Soup was little oily. Great customer service and clean in side of restaurant!

I came in here a few times and I always get the same server asian skiny guy wear glasses) I do have a lot of patience of workers but always mess up my order. Every time I ordered boba, he always bring it to me so late sometimes my meal come before my drinks. Last time I didn't get water til i have to ask for it at the end of my meal. I came in here today and he came over to look into my ramen bowl if I finished eating and keep touching the table like something was on it. Super socially awkward for someone working in customer services. I wouldn't even complain but today he made me very comfortable eating here. I don't need someone to poke his head into my table to look at my food while I'm eating!!! Other than that. Food was great as always! Food always come out super quick never has any issues
