It was a Friday night and I was surprised to find the restaurant empty. I wish I lived closer so I could make this my go-to Japanese restaurant. I tried the Red Dragon roll and the Volcanic roll, both of which were fantastic. The flavors were perfect and didn't overpower the taste of the fresh fish. The service was excellent - friendly, helpful, and attentive. I also enjoyed a bottle of champagne with a fruity strawberry taste. If you enjoy mixed drinks, you should definitely give it a try - it tasted like a refreshing wine cooler. Whether you're a local or just visiting the Blue Ash area, KanPai is a must-visit. Next time, I'll have to try the Hibachi!

If you ever find yourself in the Blue Ash area, this is a must-visit spot for either lunch or dinner. Additionally, based on other reviews, it seems that any negative experiences are rare, and the staff will go above and beyond to make things right. It's not often that a restaurant puts so much effort into their service. I have always enjoyed both the food and the service at this restaurant, and my only wish now is that they open a location closer to where I currently live.

Prices are a bit high, but you get a lot of food for the money, a lot of good, high-quality food. Whether sushi roll or one of the Hibachi dishes, it was never disappointing. The staff is friendly and the service is fast with a feeling of no-nonsense efficiency. While sitting around the grill is very popular in this type of restaurant that is bar counter where it is. Some of the best sushi in the city is suggested directly on the other side of the counter.
