Blu Restaurant Bar - Blue Ash

Steve is Very Rude. He ruined my day. I never felt so bad and mistreated in my life. Steve walked past my table several times and didn't say a word. I finally saw another waiter I asked her can I place an order she politely told me that Steve was my waiter. The next time I saw Steve I raised my hand and ask can I place an order. He looked up at me and walked away. I waited 40 minutes nothing. The young lady came back over to me and apology for Steve. She took my order and I was thankful. I traveled 8hrs to Ohio. I will never visit this place again.

Good comfortable rooms at the Embassy Suites. Restaurant was a nice surprise, the food was much better than anticipated, along with very good customer service.

If you're staying at the Embassy Suites in Blue Ash, I highly recommend trying the hotel restaurant. The waitstaff and bartenders are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The menu offers a good variety for a hotel eatery, and the prices are quite reasonable compared to typical chain restaurants. Plus, water and sodas are complimentary. The food quality exceeded my expectations completely. Whenever I visit Cincinnati, I'll definitely choose to stay and dine at this hotel again.
