In fact, we tend to go pretty often at least once or twice out of the month without any major issues. However, this last time I went was the complete opposite. We had ordered all in bundle that have boneless wings, fries and tenders. We went to pick up our order and went home. After taste testing everything, we discovered some issues with our food. Our lemon pepper fries with extra seasonings, which is what we get with no issues, was unbearably salty. To the point where my significant other was gagging. You could even see how heavily coated the fries were. It seemed like they poured half of the container of lemon pepper on these fries. We ordered lemon garlic wings but they were just lemon pepper wings and the original hot tenders weren't evenly coated, especially the tenders. We called and they agreed to remake the wings. The conversation was quick so I couldn't really mention anything else about the order. They ended up remaking the order but they gave us a really hard time about it. This is the main reason why I am giving them a one star review. They made it seem like we were a major inconvenience to them when all we wanted was for them to remake the food. We drove 25 min just to return the food to get it remade. People shouldn't have to be treated rudely to have their food made correctly. I hate that I had this bad experience because I really enjoyed eating from here. Our remade order was actually perfect.
